Stadium "Jubilee" in Sumy is located on the banks of the river Psel, in the park of culture and recreation. Ivan Kozhedub. The stadium was designed by architects Vladimir Bykov and Ivan Lukash on the site of the old small Spartak stadium and is only a football stadium, there are no running tracks. The construction of the ultra-modern, at that time, arena began in the fall of 1999 at the initiative of the new governor of the Sumy region, Vladimir Shcherban, a big fan of football. The official opening of the stadium took place on September 20, 2001, it was named "Jubilee" in honor of the 10th anniversary of Independence of Ukraine.
The arena with a capacity of 25,830 people on plastic seats, consists of two tiers with 4 stands of different colors. The roof above the stands completely covers the central stand, the upper tiers of the remaining stands, most of the lower tiers. In addition to the football field measuring 105 x 68 m, the stadium has a training room and an administration building built into the western stand with a VIP box. In addition to football matches, the stadium hosts large-scale concerts and various city events and holidays.

In the football environment, the stadium "lit up" by hosting first a match for the Super Cup of Ukraine in 2009, then the final of the Cup of Ukraine in 2011.
