The complex of three humorous monuments of the Ternopil sculptor Dmitry Mulyarchuk is located in the center of Ternopil on Kardinala Slipyi Street near the Atrium shopping and entertainment center. Monuments to the plumber, the invisible man and the chair that Ostap Bender was looking for were opened on August 24, 2010 at the expense of the owner of the Atrium shopping center. The monument to the plumber climbing out of the water manhole is dedicated to the workers of the Ternopil water utility, the monument to the twelfth chair is dedicated to the book of the same name by Ilf and Petrov, the monument to the invisible man, in the form of bronze shoes standing on the ground, recalls the novel by HG Wells. Monuments are a popular place where both adults and children like to be photographed.
