Mount Karaul-Oba

Mount Karaul-Oba is located on the territory of the Novy Svet nature reserve of the Crimean peninsula. Translated from the Turkic, its name means "sentinel peak". The mountain is an ancient coral reef composed of limestone of organic origin, with a maximum height of 341 meters, from where you can see the entire coast. On the western spur of Mount Karaul-Oba are the remains of the famous Kutlak fortress built in the 1st century, and at the foot is the Royal Beach with crystal clear water.

Well, nothing special
A rare case when visiting a landmark makes less impression than when looking at it, for example, from the New World. The mountain formation of the catfish is by itself common. It is interesting only as part of a comprehensive walk through those beautiful places→

Every August, we went to the New World for a week until 2013. Guard-Oba is something. The views there are just incredible! Mandatory to visit, but without some physical preparation it will be difficult.→
