I would like to thank the staff of the Krasnoyarsk office of TO Pegas Touristik, especially Alexandra Maksimchuk: the tour included a regular flight, and while we were waiting for the hotel, the price of the flight and / the company changed twice, the day ended. We wrote and called ourselves, we discussed the situation, Alexandra stayed for an hour over working hours to issue tickets and set off.
