we had such a situation that during the flight we lost our luggage, we did everything ourselves, turned to the luggage department filled out a questionnaire, while we were arranging it, our bus left without us and we had to wait for another flight to arrive for another 3 hours, then they took all the people , and at the very end of us + another 2.5 hours.
