We booked a tour to Lviv for May 6-8, 2017 in two weeks. I went to their office in Arsenalnaya Kiev. I paid 100% immediately. while I was waiting in the office for my manager Yulia to be free, they called and another manager reassured one of the clients on the phone for a long time and promised that my manager would call back and resolve their issue.
