Anex Tour does not care at all what happens to their tourists. According to their representatives, they do not care what happens to the tourists, the main thing is to follow the order of their superiors. On August 3, 2016, we returned to Kyiv. The plane was supposed to take off at 7.45 in the morning, but for some reason it did not take off from Kyiv, and the situation was incomprehensible.
