Tosca - Foreva!
Very good hotel, no rudeness, Russian-speaking reception. Breakfast is delicious - homemade, nothing more to wish for. You can poke around until noon. For lunch, you can go to a supermarket, such as Albert, and buy all sorts of delicious things.
