We processed the documents through the TUI, and on the spot we had a Flash Tour. They did everything, there didn’t seem to be any questions, they told and prepared everything. Initially, we talked about the same time of our flight, and when I had already come to pick up the documents, the departure time had changed slightly, and that’s all, after payment, the departure time was changed once.
