Tour cost refund
Below is a situation where we could not rest in Montenegro. It all happened through the fault of the scam tour operator Turmen (read the reviews about them). As a result, after negotiations with the travel agency, ShikTravel decided to take on the costs and return the money for our failed tour, we hope to close this issue within a month. I would like to believe that further ShikTravel will cooperate only with reliable and trusted tour operators, since no one will compensate us for vacations and spent nerves.

Irresponsible attitude towards their tourists
On 08/31/14 at 11:00 they had to fly to Montenegro for 7 nights by charter for a full package of services purchased at "Chic Travel", which was fully paid on 08/21/14. On 08/30/14 at 21:00, the manager of the travel agency "Chic Travel" contacted us and informed us that the charter flight would not take place. Later it became known that the flight was postponed to 1.

Divorce Continues / September 2014
On August 21, we bought a tour to Montenegro for 7 nights with a departure on August 31 at 11 am. On August 30, at about 9 pm, we accidentally learned that the morning flight was canceled for unknown reasons. After calling Igor Viktorovich Petrovich (Chief Manager of Turmenia or "Tourist Office"), we found out that the flight was postponed to September 1, 16:30 and, accordingly, to reduce the tour time by 1.
