They returned the money (everything is fine), it's a pity the company has been working for so many years.
I have been using the services of this company for more than 5 years, count on an ongoing basis. In September I bought a ticket to the Crimea for 7 days I was supposed to leave on 09/15/2017 the day I received an SMS from the fact that the flight was canceled and no one would go anywhere. I started calling the Director on a personal number (yes, I have it, since it’s not the first time I bought it from the Director, Svetlana) I didn’t get through right away, they called me back, they told me where to go for the money, they returned part in cash in two stages in September and in October the rest of the cards returned 100% of the voucher without any deductions.
