they change the departure time as they want, they stole from us half a day at the beginning of the holiday and a whole day at the end of the holiday. Tour bought 7 nights and 8 days, and rested 5 nights and 6 days

poor transfer airport-hotel-airport, there was no information about the departure
We arrived at Sharm el-Sheikh airport on May 4 at 8 am, there was a man from Tez Tour, he said to go to the 1127 bus, they asked where exactly - look for it in the parking lot. We walked around the entire parking lot until we found the bus, with 2 small children! The bus turned out to be not a yellow company one, but some incomprehensible little old one, the guide said that there were not enough large buses, we arrived on a rented one.
