They took full payment. Commitments not fulfilled
We contacted the agency because they announced a low price for the tour. Made a full prepayment - 33,000 hryvnia. After that, it turned out that the tour was not available, they offered a triple in Cyprus with breakfasts, instead of a four in Malta with breakfasts and dinners, as promised. A lot of rude, could not pick up the phone. We agreed that the money would be returned.
