The managers of the agency helped us very well, they told us everything. Our manager is a very competent specialist, she selected very good options for us according to our requirements. We totally liked the service of this agency, good enough. Everything was fine with the flight, we didn’t have any transfers, everything was right on schedule. But on the spot, at the hotel, we did not meet with our guide and could not go through him on any excursions.
