I would like to warn everyone against purchasing tours from Tour Operator PAK GROUP LLC in conjunction with Tour Operator TRAVELKHEB LLC. My tour to China, from May 6, 2026, to May 17, 2026, was completely ruined due to the negligence of the staff and the appalling organization. The negligence during departure was also evident: the tour operator's manager failed to remind me about the mandatory Q-code upon departure to China, a basic security and control requirement in the country, which caused me immense stress at the airport.
