We bought the tour in SILPO on the street. Bereznyakovskaya in Kyiv, they issued through ANEX TOUR. The quality of service in the agency was not bad. They did everything quickly, but a little expensive. The flight was not postponed, the transfer was on time. The plane was not very comfortable, the seats do not recline, and the distance between the seats is small, so it was not a comfortable night flight.
