Terrible experience!!! We do not recommend anyone to choose ALIDA TURS!!!
We traveled to Spain in July 2017 using ALIDA TURS services. Such a terribly organized trip that we bought from ALIDA TURS we have never experienced before! The flight was provided by airBaltic and there were no major problems on the way because we were on time at the airport. Prior to the trip, the Alida Turs agent sent information that a representative of their partner Terramartour would be responsible for the transfer, arrive at the airport and take us to the hotel.

Terrible hotel! Definitely do not recommend!
We stayed at the Merc hotel? (in Pineda de Mar, Spain) for one week in July 2017. The first night we were placed in a room on the 2nd floor with no windows, no balcony (so we didn't have a chance to dry our swimsuits and beach towels).
