Everything was fine in the agency, we knew where we wanted and when. When I arrived at the agency, I immediately bought a ticket and that's it. They called me in advance, gave all the vouchers, everything was on time, no questions asked. The operator we had was ANEX TOUR, the guide at the hotel was terrible, we did not buy a tour from him and became enemies.
