Good hotel.
I'll start with the disadvantages: - the elevator is open from 06:00 to 22:00, after 22:00 you must use the stairs; - there are no kettles in the rooms! But this minus has its own plus: the administrator at the reception provides a kettle for temporary use (one for a hotel with 2 buildings!
