Unprofessionalism
I read negative reviews and did not believe it, because I went through this company many times and everything was fine. But now I am convinced that much of what they write is true. I chose a tour and a date for myself, and when I saw a discount on it, I immediately (in the morning) made an order through the operator. It was Thursday. Until Monday, for some reason, there was silence, and on Monday they answered that the order was not confirmed because there were no places.
