THE HORROR OF THE CENTURY
Everything happened in the Agency! Not attentive staff (sleeping on the go) confused and forgot the elementary. requests to settle next to 2 families are useless! they were rude when boarding the bus, they messed up places and without apologizing, without explanation, the girl brazenly kicked out older people (Julia). The stop to eat was a gas station (no food).
