I want to tell you about the arbitrariness of the Pearl River travel agency. I bought their ticket through fly.ru, the travel agent immediately warned me that the company had “overlays”, but I didn’t attach any importance to this, because. the cost was very attractive, which I later regretted greatly. The first thing I had to deal with was the delay in vouchers and plane tickets, it was written in the contract 24 hours in advance, but they were sent 9 hours before departure, and in my case 5 hours before departure to the airport.
