Normal operator, not very partners
Bought a package to Egypt. Everything is fine, but the host, Flash Tour, is just darkness. For 15 years of travel, this is the first time I have encountered such rudeness. Already on the transfer to the hotel - they came late, then give me a tip. The hotel guide is generally a frank boor. If you want to know about the time of departure - look for schedules at three receptions yourself.

We were in July 2019, from 11 to 25. This is my 8th visit to Egypt, there is something to compare with. I want to note right away that this is of course not a hotel problem, but they could put pressure on partners.

Worse and worse.
It looks like the greed of the operator is completely swollen and makes it difficult to think about something else. We chose a hotel, chose the type of room, everything is fine, three dates to choose from. We make an advance payment - they do not confirm. Yesterday everything was - today only expensive and filthy. The hotel has a suite, it suits us very well, the operator does not sell it.

Once again I tried to buy a tour through them. Usually frustrated, in view of the higher price than competitors. This time there is no time to look hard, we chose a hotel, chose a room, a date. How to make an advance payment - it was on July 11 and 13 and 15. As he made it - that's it, the reservation is not confirmed, take something else. I don’t want anything else, cancel the payment from the card.
