Anex is the worst tour operator
Used the services of the operator for the first time. The departure time from Kyiv was postponed (they stole 6 hours of the time of the already paid vacation). Upon arrival, anex tour agents began to impudently sell sightseeing tours (information about the hotel, location, interesting places, hotel infrastructure is zero). They refused to accept a return transfer form from us, we had to come with the whole crowd several times (the representatives of the annex, even when we arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time, refused to accept completely filled out forms for processing the departure and again tried to sell their excursions.
