Terrible organization, ill-conceived program, ignoring feedback!
In short - do not go anywhere with them and never! Guys are unrealistically freaked out! I travel a lot, I had experience with both agencies and operators (both positive and not so good). In recent years, I organize everything for myself. But here I wanted diversity, so to speak, to have an active holiday, but at the same time: a) everything was thought out for me and b) there were cool people to chat and unwind.
