Terrible operator! To put it mildly! I wanted to go to Canada with my wife and mother, but they never left and generally lost 50 thousand rubles! At first, everything seemed to be fine, but as soon as the documents were submitted, it was immediately clear who "works" there ... I applied for a visa to Canada last year and I know how long it takes, and knowing that it will take time, they began to process it in early July, the tour itself was taken on September 15, 2013.
