Proper relationship with the client
Went with a friend on vacation with this travel agency. Neither she nor I have any complaints about the quality of service - the staff is always polite and responsive, ready to answer any question. No delays with paperwork. If someone is going on vacation to relax - contact the Travel Club, you will not regret it

Excellent budget option with excellent excursion program
I went for a long time, with a friend from Moscow. I thought that I would be the only one from other cities - but the whole group crept up from all over Russia, I was glad that they helped everyone as best they could)) What I liked - comfortable buses, a good guide, bus drivers are generally above all praise, got there quickly, everything was planned in advance everywhere good accommodation hotels What I didn’t like - there are a lot of excursions not included in the program - either pay and go with everyone, or walk around the cities yourself.
