Deception and incompetence
Because of them, we didn't go on a "honeymoon" to Turkey, they refuse to return the money, sending us to court. When buying a tour, the manager Inna said that a trip to Turkey is possible only with a passport. We told her that in July 2017 we have a wedding, my wife will make a new passport for a new surname. They also asked what is the difference between an ID card that my wife will make and a biometric foreign one - the manager Inna said that foreign travel is mandatory for trips abroad.
