In the agency, the girl is well done. At first we chose one hotel, but there were no tickets. then I chose another hotel, there were tickets, but there were no free rooms. Then, the girl found me a hotel that more or less suited me, since I was looking for a relaxing holiday, i.e. worked well. The guide arrived on the first day, met everyone, offered some excursions, I never saw him again.
