In the agency "Volna" you will be licked and kissed, where you say, until your tour is canceled and you do not want your money back!!! After applying for a refund, the management and the manager will pretend that you do not exist!!! Every month you will write more and more new statements, wasting your nerves and time. And the staff will not be able to give you any clear answer.
