Contract terms not met
TRAVEL CONDITIONS Kiev-Marmaris, Luna Beach Delux 5 * hotel, 2 adults and a child 10 years old, from July 6 to 19, 2019. TUI operator, AZUR.AIR air carrier (flight QU 4441 there, QU 4444 return, aircraft Boeing 767, from Boryspil airport). The plane took off at 16-10 with a delay of 1 hour 25 minutes, they brought us to the hotel at about 22 - we were late even for dinner.

The hotel is not bad, but not 5 *, but a solid 4
