We were in this hotel 2 years ago. In general, such a story: we chose a tour to another hotel, settled in this one, since our tour was resold. Only 3 stars from 4 shone on the sign, no one communicates in Russian, the administrator only knows English and he alone does not work there around the clock...

Review of the travel agency ANEX TOUR m. ZHYTOMIR (WITHOUT DAYS OFF)
Everything was fine in the agency, I bought a ticket on Tuesday, the flight was on Friday. When we were picked up from the airport, they brought us to a completely different hotel, not the one that I booked. The hotel was worse. The agency offered us to change something, but this was only possible after 2 days, from Monday, as there were weekends ahead.
