Terrible hotel guides
Rested on about. Hainan from 06/24/2018 to 07/08/2018. I read a lot of negative reviews about the Rus tour, but I decided to take a chance, the price of the tour was very attractive. Now I can say for sure that I will never rest with this operator again, and I do not advise others. The problems began immediately upon check-in, we were not satisfied with the provided room, and since all communication in China with hotel employees occurs only through a Russian-speaking hotel guide, we immediately turned to her, which we received a categorical refusal, and the guide did not even ask this question at the reception, but said that there were no other rooms.
