Average travel agency.
The package tour did not fully correspond to the description and story of the travel agent, the insurance company refuses to cover injuries in this hotel (therefore, the treatment is at its own expense, and there, after the presentation of documents, a refund is possible). We won't be using this company for the second time. But overall the stay was good.

The hotel is good but the staff is awesome.
