The manager from the Dima agency was very attentive, offered a bunch of options, kept everything in order, he called us back in 2 days, there were no problems with the agency at all. I said that I want to go to this hotel, he caught the price for me, as there were price fluctuations, he quickly made a reservation, he worked very well. We are also satisfied with our tour operator TUI, the flight was delayed, but for technical reasons at the airport, and not because the tour operator delayed.
