Great hotel but has its downsides

Egypt › Sharm el-Sheikh › Coral Sea Holiday Resort & Aqua Park 5*

The hotel was advised by the travel agency Joyne App. , For checking into a good room at the reception, they asked for $ 15. After we said that we would not give anything and write a bad review, we gave a room on the first floor with a private pool !
