DISGUSTING
Tour "Paris and 10 cities of Europe" is disgusting!!! Manager Natalia N. is absolutely incompetent! Can't answer simple questions. We came to pay for the selected tour to the office - so she was constantly distracted by phone calls! When asked where the hotel would be located in Paris (where we should stay for 3 days), she replied that it was not yet known, but in the city.
