In all respects, the service in the agency is quite good, except for their frequent delays and reschedules of flights. We had three extreme trips with a flight delay as much as a day. But the quality of the transfer was good, even excellent. We took advantage of the offer of hotel guides at the expense of their excursions. And the guide sold us the same tour twice, filing it for different excursion trips.
