strange company
At first I could not contact them, but after a certain amount of time I managed to settle this issue. Then I chose a tour and began to figure out, think, and, accordingly, the dates and prices on the site I chose a tour for myself. Before that, I repeatedly and meticulously asked and clarified whether there would be a cancellation / rescheduling of the tour.
