good travel agency until you paid for the tour
Everything was great until we bought the tour. Then they already forgot about us, we had to call several times ourselves and find out when we would be given tickets and certificates. When we arrived to pick up at the indicated time, we waited an hour (since they were all busy with new tourists).

Great hotel for families
We flew on a last minute trip, the hotel was recommended by a travel agency. The move in went great. The room and bathroom are nice and clean, the furniture is normal, the room was cleaned daily, linen was changed every two days, towels were changed daily (if put on the floor).
