Very disappointed with the operator
Good afternoon. They spent their winter holidays in Warsaw and Paris. As for excursions and spending time in the countries themselves - just wonderful. But that's just everything was overshadowed by the attitude towards tourists of the tour operator. Nobody notified about the postponement of the flight, as a result, an additional payment for tickets (970 euros for 4 people) to arrive in Ukraine at the right time, otherwise deportation threatened.
