Ruslan, Atkham, Nikita - thank you! Delicate, adequate, unobtrusive people. Our flight 1804 - 09/29/2018 (departure 8:15) was delayed. it is known that the North Wind has a delay in flights. But we were still brought to the airport, and kept there until 15:40. Nobody contacted us. (if you can call it that, Red burger), NOT ANNOUNCED, and we learned by "word of mouth", and those who did not recognize remained hungry.
