I rate the travel agency 10 even all 11 points. We had two managers. The girls were very attentive to our requests and wishes, helped to choose a hotel. According to their past trips, they suggested which hotels are worth paying attention to. And actually we chose the hotel that we were advised by the agency. Of course, there is a claim to the carrier, the flight was postponed for 12 hours, but we are the only ones in the group who were warned about this in advance, thanks to the girls for this.
