THOUGHT US FOR MONEY! BAMBOO TOUR-SCAM!!!!!!!
This "amazing company" scammed us for money! A few days before departure, the director of Bamboo Tour Tatyana Makeeva contacted us and said that the hotel did not confirm the reservation. We were in complete shock! We came to the Bamboo office on Al. Nevsky and wrote refund request! According to the contract, they must be returned within 14 working days! For 2 months Tatyana Makeeva has been feeding promises, coming up with reasons and not returning the money! There are about 10 people like us! Litigation is in full swing!
