The girl in the agency is very positive, she offered us many options, it was clear that she wanted to help, so I have no complaints about the girl herself. Our flight was postponed, I wrote a request for a refund when we returned from the tour, so far the agency has not answered me about this, so I will rate them 8 out of 10.
