Rude attitude towards customers
I want to talk about how the Atlas travel agency reacted to the fact that we could not go on a paid tour due to the fact that my daughter and I were in the hospital on the eve of departure (the ticket was bought for three). They refuse to return the money, the manager Yana is boorish, refuses to meet with the management (although it is understandable if the staff is selected the way the boss can be).
