I hope that the employees of this "wonderful" travel agency will not immediately delete my message and a few people will still read about the negligence and disregard of this office towards customers. It all started quite well - an interesting story of the guide on the bus on the way to Shrovetide, a visit to the beautiful Borisoglebsky Monastery and a rather fun event of burning a stuffed Shrovetide on the spot, then the most interesting begins.
