Stolen rest day.
I was supposed to fly to Dalaman on 09/05/17 at 11-00. The flight was postponed to 18-00. I get to the POSEIDON hotel by midnight. Who will compensate me for the lost day and the missed paid dinner, which is about 2 thousand hryvnias? CORAL is not responsible for the air carrier. Lost, as always, a tourist. With such irresponsibility, tour operators are pushing tourists to independently book hotels and buy air tickets (remember the recent story with Idriska-tour) I specifically chose a tour with an early departure, and the agency reassured me, they say , anyway, you will spend the night at the hotel!
