We wanted to go on an excursion "Oposhnya - Dikanka - Poltava" on her birthday with my wife and parents. Almost three weeks phoned and registered on September 29th. Two weeks later I arrived and made 100 percent of the advance payment. The day before the tour, the date was moved to September 30, we were offered to go either on 30 or 29 on another tour, or to return the money.
