The bus was given a prospectus, indicated the time of meeting with the guide the next morning. The guide did not come at the appointed time. 6 people were waiting. As a result, the guide (a girl of Eastern nationality) was seen by chance, after a couple of days. Wrote on the form she gave complaining that the Dive Inn Resort is FALSE that it has a free coral beach.

Generally ok, but there is a caveat
Hotel guide - he is also a guide to organize and conduct excursions to the city, talk about local attractions, traditions. And it was interesting for us to sell excursions at a triple price. We were no longer interested in him at all. He was also angry, he raised his tone when they refused to buy. I think this is a significant minus.
